Deposit Policy:

For all online bookings, at the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged 11% by eTourism Holidays and a further $200 by Diamond Cove Resort.
This is the total deposit required to be paid today to confirm the booking.
This deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior your arrival.
For all bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be processed by Diamond Cove Resort at the time of booking.


The below terms refer to all money taken by or due to Diamond Cove Resort (the property).


61 days or more notice prior to arrival - full refund of deposit held
31 - 60 days notice prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of $25 to be charged and balance is refunded
30 days or less notice prior to arrival - NO refund of deposit held

Low Season Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - a cancellation fee of $25 and 1 days tariff to be charged
Mid Season Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - a cancellation fee of $25 and 2 days tariff to be charged
High Season Cancellation - NO REFUND of monies held

Once accommodation has commenced there is NO REFUND or if a NO SHOW.

If a guest does not like the accommodation on arrival or if they need to depart early they are still liable for full payment of rental period held for guests.

Amendments to Date or Property
Any amendments 30 - 15 days prior to arrival will incur a $25.00 amendment fee.
Any amendments 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be accepted.

Rate Alterations
Prices are based on current tariffs and are subject to change. Per night prices are to be used as an indicator only and not as an extra night rate. Rates are listed in AUD only and are inclusive of GST. Conditions apply to our Special Rates.

Diamond Cove Resort reserves the right to change or cancel a booking at any time up to or including day of departure, even if final balance may have been paid. All units within Diamond Cove Resort are privately owned.

Every effort is made to ensure that the description of the facilities and services of the complex is accurate, however these are continually being changed and on occasion taken out of service. Diamond Cove Resort cannot be held liable for these changes whether temporary or permanent. Please note the information in the brochure may have changed since publication.

Property room photos may not be specific to the actual room allocated. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types. You may place a request but please note whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to guarantee any such requests. Upon check in, you will be allocated the most appropriate room available, taking into account any special requests you may have.

It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for damage to or loss of property, which the occupier or his/her guests may bring on to the premises. Any damage or replacement items to the property will be at guest expense.

Not Included in Price
Costs of a personal nature eg, tours, continuous provisions, toiletries, telephone calls. Also hire of equipment, eg, high chairs, strollers, etc.

Complaints must be received in writing within 14 days of check out or they will be deemed invalid.

Diamond Cove Resort can book tours as agents on behalf of their services and shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the service providers.

Diamond Cove Resort strongly recommends Travel Insurance. We suggest it should include Loss or Damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses.

Lost Property
Any items found in the unit left by guests will be retained for 7 days from the date of departure. After this time the items shall be disposed of. Request for return of items will be at guests expense.

Please note that Diamond Cove will require a $200 pre-authorisation from a credit card upon checkin. This is to cover any incidentals, damage or breakage incurred during your stay with us. Should you not have a credit card, we will require a $200 cash bond which will be returned upon check out.
